REFUND POLICY

Please note that Bayshore Elite Mobile Gymnastics does not issue refunds once registration is completed. Requests for class credits must be submitted via email at least one week prior to the paid session. No refunds or credits can be issued after the paid session has begun. 

Refunds may be requested and approved in the event that the Bayshore Elite Mobile Gymnastics program cancels a class. Class credits do not expire and can be used for classes at the site of your choice.

Deposits for birthday parties and special events are NON-REFUNDABLE. Payment of remaining balance is due upon coaches arrival on the day of your event. Cancelations can be rescheduled when done at least 7 days prior to your event, and is based on coach and scheduling availability. There are no refunds issued for parties cancelled after 7 day deadline. 

STUDENT REGISTRATION FORM

Please note that a BE Mobile Gymnastics Student Waiver/Registration Form must be completed and returned to your school site on or before the first day of class for all kiddos participating in Bayshore Elite Mobile Gymnastics classes. This form serves as your child’s registration for the BE Mobile Gym Program, and covers them for any classes they attend year-round. You may scan your completed form and send it via email to info@bemobilegym.com prior to the start of your child’s session or send a hard copy of the completed form with your child on their first day of class. Students without a completed waiver/registration form will not be allowed to participate after the first class. The BE Mobile Gym student waiver/registration form need only be completed once for each student. Student waiver/registration forms can be downloaded from our website at Bemobilegym.com from the “Book Online” page. Hard copies of registration forms are also available from your child’s coach on-site where classes are taking place. We love working with your kiddos and do not wish to turn any athlete away due to a missing registration form. To access our waiver please visit our website at bemobilegym.com/book-online. STUDENT / PARENT BEHAVIOR POLICY

Bayshore Elite Mobile Gymnastics does reserve the right to remove any student from a class due to disruptive or unsafe behavior.
